Bench Press:

  • 3-3-3-3-3

Then,

  • Tabata Assault Bike (calories)

Its a bench press day! The bench press has long been a standard test of upper body strength. Building your strength in the deadlift will most definitely help out your pressing and jerk lifts.  Today is a build up to a 3 rep max.  Make sure to get all five sets in.  Once we are finished on the bench its on to the bike for a Tabata joy ride.
