In teams of 3 complete:

  • 1 Rep Max Thruster- Each athlete has 4 minutes to establish a max (score is total weight)

For Time:

  • 5,000 Meter row*
  • 150 Pullups
  • 150 Squats
  • 150 Pushups
  • 150 Box Jumps (24,20)

*One athlete will be working on the rower while the other two are working through the movements.  Each athlete must perform a minimum of 10 reps of each movement as well as row a minimum of 500 meters.  Time will stop when the 5k row is complete and the last box jump is complete.

It is time to come together in teams of 3 to test our strength and endurance!  We start out with a 1 rep max thruster.  Your team score will be the sum of the three successful lifts. Teams will then move into a chipper.  During the chipper the resting teammates will be working on completing a 5k row.  Be strategic and work together to conquer this beast!
