Snatch:

  • 3 Position Snatch- Light load to work on speed and proper positioning. (no more than
    Stance, Grip and Position!

    50% 1 rm)

Then,

  • Build up to a 1 rep snatch

We started out the week with some skill transfer exercises for the snatch and today we will continue to work this Olympic lift.  We will begin with some positioning work and then follow that with your chance to build up to a heavy snatch or just continue to work on technique.  If there is time afterwards you can pick a skill to work on and master.  We also will have the Stronger Faster Healthier rep visiting for the evening classes.  He will be answering questions and handing out samples.  Drop by and pick his brain.
