3 Rounds for Time:murph warmup 2016

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 20 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings(70,53)(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

You guys know that Tuesday we have to get in the longer metcons!  Put your head down and grind through this one.  Nothing is overly complicated or high in reps.  You just have to make up your mind that you can push through the pain.  I want everyone to try to go a little heavier on their kettlebell swings.  Last week’s Nate wod taught us that we can go heavier.  Set the bar high and then knock it down!
