In 7 Minutes complete as many reps as possible ascending by 3:

  • 3 Clean and Jerks (135,95)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 3 Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat situp)
  • 6 Clean and Jerks
  • 6 Toes to Bar
  • 9 Clean and Jerks
  • 9 Toes to Bar

*Continue to ascend by 3 reps until 7 minutes is up.

Today we will take on some back squats and then test ourselves against another Open workout.  13.4 was all about staying efficient and transitioning quickly.  7 minutes goes by quickly so try hard to not stop.  Our new gym challenge is pushups.  Each day perform 2 x’s the day of the month.  Ex:) On the 15th you will do 30 pushups.  Let us take on this new month, week and challenge with renewed intensity!
