I hope that everyone had an awesome Holiday weekend!  We are back at it today with our strength training and metcons.  Back squat and press in sets of 3.  Push yourself on those + sets.  Getting those extra reps will make you brutally strong!  Today’s metcon should be fun.  Go down in reps of wall balls and up in reps of power snatch.  I hope to see everyone back and ready to kill it!
