  • 12 Overhead Squats(115, 80)(95,65)(65,45)(35,15)
  • 50 Double Unders(lat bar jumps)(single skips)

The end of the week is here!  We are going to start out our workout building up to a 5 rep max back squat.  Our conditioning workout is a good burner!  A fast couplet of overhead squats and double unders.  Don’t forget that we will be having a free box jumping/jumping clinic on Saturday at 11.  Come out and learn from one of the best, Jacob Tucker.
