Bench Press:

  • 10-8-6-4-2mot card

Then,

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 3 Jerks (185,135)(155,105)(115,85)(55,35)
  • 15 Pullups (banded)(ring row)
  • 400 Meter Run

We have a slightly different rep scheme for the bench press today.  What I want is for you to go as heavy as possible for all sets.  This will mean that by the time you get down to 2 reps you will be pretty fatigued.  Good!  You did it right.  Only make one attempt at the set and then move on to the next lower set.  Our metcon gets a little heavier with the jerk, balances out nicely with the gymnastics of the pullup and compliments the greatness of a 400 meter sprint.  Go hard!
