A Benching EMOM

Every Minute on the Minute(EMOM) for 15 Minutes:

  • Minute 1: Bench Press- 5 reps at 70% 1 rep maxwood bench
  • Minute 2: Toes to Bar- 10 reps (knee raises)(abmat situps)
  • Minute 3: Rest

Repeat this cycle for 5 total rounds or 15 minutes.

These EMOM’s are a great way to get in some skill and strength work!  Each minute you will move from bench press to toes to bar to resting for 1 minute.  If you don’t have a 1 rep bench press max we will help you pick a good weight.  Have fun with this one!
