4 Rounds for time:

  • 25 Med Ball Situps (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 15 Ring Pullups
  • 400 Meter Run

Today we are making a couple standard movements a bit more challenging. The abmat situps will be weighted using the medicine balls and the pullups we will do from the rings. Try to keep your pace consistent on each round of the 400’s. Really pushing yourself to be fast.
