A little aftermath from “Dallas 5” last week.

For Time:

  • 50 Jumping alternating lunges
  • 50 Pullups
  • 50 Push Presses (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 50 Hip Extensions
  • 50 Burpees

Happy Friday! We are starting and ending the week with a chipper. You guys that did the other one on Monday know that you have to keep a steady pace and then give all you have left for the burpees at the end. Go after it!
