  • 1 Minute of Rowing(calories)

This is the second half of what we did last week. It is the lost pieces of “:Fight Gone Bad”. You should be going as hard as you can each minute. No gaming this. Fitness does not come from gaming. The biggest adaptation to this program comes from training. If you are competing, aka “gaming” you are not training and therefore not improving your fitness. Oh yeah, and have fun!
