We may all need to channel some of Camille’s pullup power

2017 CrossFit Regionals Event 1

For Time:

  • 1200 Meter run

12 Rounds

  • 4 Strict Handstand Pushups
  • 8 Chest to Bar Pullups
  • 12 Squats

This workout was the first of 6 for the Regional athletes. It was performed with a weight vest (20,14). You will begin with a 1200 meter run, buy in style, and then take on 12 rounds of the other 3 movements. The time cap is 25 minutes but we want you to scale so that you can be under the cap.
