Welcome back to a new week of wods.  This is the last week of the 5-3-1 cycle.  Next week we will de-load and then add more weight to our maxes for a new cycle.  Stay consistent in your days that you come.  It is really important to follow every day’s programming.  If you miss a day, just make it up during open gym or talk to me about doing it during a class time.
