We have two more weeks left in our strength cycle before we deload 1 week and then set new 1 rep maxes.  Stay consistent and push hard for those extra reps on the last set.  The metcon will be a fast one.  Pick a weight that you can move through quickly.  Welcome to a new week of fitness!
