*Prior to 16:00, 3 rounds of:

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups

*Prior to 20:00, 3 rounds of:

We have taken the format of 17.3 and changed the snatch to clean and jerks. This will allow most of you to get a bit further than the original. Each section has its own time cap and when you can no longer complete the work in the required time you are finished. Have fun!
