Press:

  • Build to a 3 rep maxdb snatch and flag

Then,

30-20-10, for time:

  • Dumbell Snatch (55,35)(35,25)

*Each round is per side (30 left, 30 right).  After each side is complete, front rack carry on the corresponding side for 3 lengths.  

We have some strict pressing on tap today to start us off.  You will be building to a 3 rep max.  Try to build to this in around 5 sets.  Afterwards we will have a little fun with the dumbells.  Snatching and carrying them through 3 rounds for time.
