Make 3 attempts at each:

  • Max set Toes to Bar
  • Max set Ring Dip
  • Broad Jump for distance

Then,

  • Row 2000 meters for time

This is going to be a fun test. You will get 3 attempts to hit a max set in toes to bar and ring dips, then broad jump as far as you can in 3 more attempts. After all this play time, jump on a rower and crush 2k. What a great way to spend hump day!
