15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 9 Deadlifts (155,105)(135,95)(115,105)(55,35)
  • 12 Pushups
  • 15 Box Jumps(24,20)

The weight is light on this one so go unbroken on the deadlifts. Split up the pushups to keep from hitting failure and stay steady paced on the box jumps. It is all about setting a pace and sticking with it!
