  • 1 Minute Max Calorie Row
  • Turkish Get-ups

The goal is to get 4o reps per round. That means if you row 30 calories you will do 10 turkish get-ups. If you row 25 calories you will do 15 get-ups. We will be scaling the total reps for those of you that get beat up by the rower. Enjoy!
