5 Rounds for Time:

  • 20 Power Cleans(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 15 Pullups
  • 400 Meter Run

Today is a great mixture of some light barbell work with bodyweight movements. Try to keep the cleans in big sets. Make sure to not burn yourself out on the pullups.  Split them up to keep from going to failure. Then, go out and run hard!
