This is a cool ladder WOD from crossfit.com. The ladder pattern is one rep of each movement the first minute, 2 reps the second, 3 reps the third. You will continue up until you can no longer complete the required reps. Record how many minutes you completed and rest 3 minutes before beginning the next ladder.
