Saturday, October 4, 2014:

For Time:

  • Run 800 Meters

Then, 5 rounds:

At least you don't have to carry anyone!

  • 12 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,12)
  • 9 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,45)(65,35)(45,25)
  • 6 Pushups

Then,

  • Run 800 Meters
  • 20 Burpees

This will be an awesome Saturday wod!  It starts with an 800 Meter run and then you will complete 5 rounds of a triplet.  When that is complete, head back out the door for 800 more meters and top it all off with 20 burpees.  Sounds like good times for sure!
