14.4 or Its Evil Cousin

Everyone else will be trying out an equally evil chipper, 14.4’s cousin.

14 Minute AMRAP:

  • 600 Meter run
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Goblet Squats (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)*

*The goblet squat is a front squat holding a kettlebell.
