20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50 Wallballs (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 40/30 Calorie Bike/Row (alternating each round)
  • 30 Toes to Bar(knee raises)
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (55,35)(35,25)(25,15)

Our Friday fun is a good old 20 minute AMRAP. Settle in to a solid pace and push your way through. Each round you will alternate between the bike and the rower.
