Then,

  • 50 Double Unders, 25 Sit-ups, 2 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double Unders, 25 Sit-ups, 4 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double Unders, 25 Sit-ups, 6 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double Unders, 25 Sit-ups, 8 Deadlifts
  • 50 Double Unders, 25 Sit-ups, 10 Deadlifts

*Barbell Weights: (225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(135,95)

Today we go after a heavy 3 rep in the deadlift. Head for a new PR if you can but don’t compromise form. Afterwards, we will lighten up the bar a bit and work up through a ladder of deadlifts along with sit-ups and double unders. Have fun!
