Pausing Overhead Squat:

  • Build to a set of 1 (pause 3 seconds in the bottom)

Then,

15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Deadlifts (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 30 Double Unders

Today we get an opportunity to work on the overhead squat. Specifically staying tight and in a good position in the bottom. Build up in weight but don’t get to a weight that forces you in a bad position. A 15 minute AMRAP follows it. Have fun!
