It is that time of year again!  Every year since we opened the doors, we have done this workout around Christmas time.  This will be a great one to help you earn all the good food and drink that we will have tonight at the party. You start at the top and work down repeating each previous movement.  Round one is; 1 thruster, round two is; 1 thruster and 2 toes to bar, round 3 is; 1 thruster, 2 toes to bar, 3 clean and jerks.  This continues until you perform one round of everything from 1-12.
