  • 1 Mile Bike

We are pre-burning calories this week in anticipation of Thanksgiving. Today you have all cardio fun. The only rule is that you have to split this up into parts so that you complete all of it by the end. However you want to do that is up to you. In other words, you won’t be doing this completely in order. Have fun!
