  • 10 Squat Snatches (155,105)(135,95)(115,80)(95,65)
  • 20 Burpees

The Olympic work we did last Friday will help for this one. Squat snatch is a challenging movement. Stay focused on your setup and execution for each rep. When you get to the burpees, go ahead and knock them out with no breaks. We hope everyone has a very happy Thanksgiving!
