“Jack”

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Push Press (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24,20)

The hero WODs are always more difficult than they appear. Nothing super complicated here but 20 minutes is a long time. Start out with a conservative pace and adjust as you go. This one is in honor of, Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device.
