3 Position Snatch

  • Build to a heavy complex (high hang, above the knee, floor)

Then,

  • Tabata Bike (calories)
  • Rest 2 Minutes
  • Tabata Row (calories)

Welcome to November! Today is a great opportunity to work on snatch technique. The 3 position snatch is a barbell complex. You will first snatch from the high hang, then from just above the knee and lastly from the floor. All without dropping the bar. After we work on that its time to rack up some calories in intervals of bike and row. Happy Friday!
