Back Squat:(use 90% 1 rm)

  • 75% x 5
  • 85% x 3
  • 95% x 1+burden 1

Then,

For Time:

  • 100 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)

This is the last percentage increase for the strength cycle before we deload and then start over.  You will start with 5 reps and then go to 3 and finish with 1 plus reps.  With this program, you have to be patient.  The weight is going to increase during the next cycle.  If you are consistently making the strength days you will get stronger.  We won’t be getting new maxes for another 3 months so settle in and build strength.
