10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 20 GHD Situps (weighted abmat situp)(abmat)
  • 5 Squat Cleans (205,145)(165,115)(115,85)(55,35)

For those of you that have been working on your GHD situps, today is going to be a great day to show them off.  This movement can be particularly dangerous to those that haven’t built up the capacity for them.  Due to that fact, if you guys haven’t been working on the GHD this will automatically put you into the scaled version.  We want the squat cleans to be heavy but manageable for 10 minutes.  This first half of class we will be training the squat clean and building some weight to get you comfortable.  See you there!
