30 Minute AMRAP:

  • 250 Meter Row
  • 50′ Burpee Broad Jump
  • 3 Unbroken rounds of “The Bear Complex”: (135,95)(115,85)(95,65)(75,55)
  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Push Press

One teammate will begin the row followed by the burpee broad jumps. When that athlete picks up the barbell for the complex, the next athlete will start the row. Athlete 3 would begin when athlete 2 picks up the bar. The score is round is completed rounds plus any extra reps.
