  • 30 toes-to-bars(knee raises)
  • 40 single-arm dumbbell snatches(55,35)
  • 50 dumbbell box step-overs(24,20)
  • 40 single-arm dumbbell snatches
  • 30 toes-to-bars

This was another workout from the CrossFit Team Series. We are going to do it as individuals. There is a 15 minute time cap. One round for time!
