CrossFit Games Open WOD 20.1

For Time:(15 min cap)

  • 8 Ground to overhead(95,65)(65,45)
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees

The first workout for the 2020 Open is upon us! This one is a simple couplet of ground to overhead and burpees. You can snatch or clean and jerk the bar as long as it starts on the ground and finishes completely overhead. Have fun!
