  • 600 Meter Farmer Carry (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)*

*Every time you break perform 10 double arm KB or DB front squats.

Front squat Friday! We start off building to a heavy 3 rep from the rack. After that, head out to the track for some good old grunt work. Farmer carry 600 meters, performing 10 front squats every time you break. See you out there!
