It is time to get back at a new week of wods!  Today you will hit these AMRAP’S hard.  Working your way up the ladder by one rep each round.  The first round you will do 1 rep of each, 2nd round 2 reps, 3rd round 3 reps…continuing up until 5 minutes is up.  We will score this by total reps for all 3 amraps.
