20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Double Unders

We are ending September with 20 minutes of kettlebell swings, running and jump roping. Today the kettlebells should be heavier than what you normally swing. If you don’t have double unders yet do straight singles or spend some time with attempts of doubles. Happy Monday!
