For time:

5  strict handstand push-ups
5 squat cleans, (185,125)
10 handstand push-ups
10 squat cleans, (155,105)
20 ring dips
20 squat cleans, (135,95)
40 push-ups
40 squat cleans, (95,65)

For your Friday workout you get to mix up some gymnastics movements with weightlifting. The movements get progressively easier to perform but the reps go up. Each round you should be taking weight off of the bar for the cleans. Happy Friday!
