Build to a heavy complex:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Hang Squat Clean
  • 1 Squat Clean

    Then, 

3 Rounds for time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 7 Power Cleans(115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 7 Hang Squat Cleans
  • 7 Squat Cleans

Today you get to have the opportunity for a lot of practice in your cleans. We will start with a complex of both power cleans and squat cleans. Build up as heavy as you can with good form. After that we get more clean work with 3 rounds of running as well.
