Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 Overhead squats (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 10 Shoulder Presses (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

This one is filled with difficult movements. Yay! All the barbell work will come from the floor. So you will be snatching the overhead squat and cleaning for the presses. Break up the pull-ups and press early so that you don’t hit that wall and go after it!
