  • 500 Meter Row
  • 1000 Meter Row

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 800 Meter Run

*Each athlete does each interval. 
Rest while your partner works

Today is an interval style workout that you will do for a total time with a partner. While your partner is working you are resting. Each partner will do all three runs and all three row pieces. Have fun!
