Working those handstand skills!

Hang Power Clean:

  • 5-5-5-5-5

The hang power clean is a great way to work on getting full extension as well as pulling under quickly. Doing 5 reps of this is going to really tax your grip and get your lungs calling for air. Hold that hook grip as long as you can and work to perfect each rep. Good times!
