  • 10 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat sit-ups)
  • 200 Meter Run

Welcome back to a new week of CrossFit! Today brings us some heavy power cleans tied in with a gymnastic and cardio movement. Challenge yourself to go a bit heavier for the cleans. The reps are low each round for everything so you can slow it down and hit the movements correctly.
