  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

3 Rounds for time of:

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 27 Double Unders
  • 21 Push Presses(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

A couple weeks ago we went heavy for a 5 rep push press. Today your number to hit is 3. This gives you the ability to really go heavy. The metcon has running, double unders and a light push press. Try to keep each round about the same time frame. Have fun!
