  • 400 Meter Sand Bag Run

Barbell Weights:

  • 75/55 – 95/65 – 115/85 – 135/95

In this partner WOD, You and your partner will be working through 4 descending rounds. Begin each round with a 400 meter sandbag run. The weight on the barbell will go up each round as well. Have fun!
