For time:

50 double-unders
5 squat snatches
50 double-unders
4 squat snatches
50 double-unders
3 squat snatches
50 double-unders
2 squat snatches

*Add weight to the snatch each round.

As you progress through this one the snatch weights are going to go up as the reps get lower. If you are comfortable with the squat snatch, challenge yourself to go heavy. If you are new to this we will keep the weights light and work on technique.
