-5 dumbbell hang squat snatches, left arm(35,25)
-5 dumbbell hang squat snatches, right arm
-5 dumbbell thrusters
-200-m run

Monday dumbbell work! Take your time going through the squat snatches to make sure that you get them right. Just overhead squatting with the dumbbells is a challenge!
